Referrals from GPs, cardiologists or other healthcare professionals (including rehab professionals): Letter online or email referrals only via the NHS e-referrals system (choose-and-book). SCAD Service London
Referrals can be sent to Dr Dave Adlam in Leicester (see information for Glenfield Hospital SCAD Clinic) or directly to Hammersmith Hospital.
Dr Rasha Al-Lamee and Dr Dave Adlam’s SCAD clinic will accept letter, email or NHS e-referrals. Please ensure it is clearly labelled for the SCAD service.
